Q1: My keyboard(or mouse) could not be charged.

A: First, you need to check if your charger is a PD fast-charging adapter. This type of charger is specifically designed for charging high-power devices and has a very high output power, so it cannot be used to charge low-power devices such as keyboards and mice. Using a PD fast-charging adapter may even burn out the built-in power management chips of the keyboard and mouse, resulting in device damage.

You can check if the charger is marked with the letters “PD”. If it is, replace it with a charger that does not have this marking to charge your keyboard and mouse. If you don’t have a suitable charger, you can directly use the USB charging cable included in the package to connect the keyboard and mouse to the USB port of your computer for charging.
